6Pack is a 6 week programme for athletes or anyone who enjoys sport.

You will learn how yoga can support you, improve your performance, decrease the risk of injury and enhance recovery.

We will assess your range of motion at key joints and then Ruth designs a yoga sequence to suit your needs.

Week 1

Range of Motion testing and goal setting

Weeks 2-5

121 yoga sessions tailored for you

Written programme provided so that you can practise between sessions

Week 6

Re-testing Range of Motion and evaluation
