6Pack is a 6 week programme for athletes or anyone who enjoys sport.
You will learn how yoga can support you, improve your performance, decrease the risk of injury and enhance recovery.
We will assess your range of motion at key joints and then Ruth designs a yoga sequence to suit your needs.
