Let's keep one another safe

Here is what we are doing to stay safe -

  • Class numbers limited to facilitate social distancing

  • One-way system for entrance/exit

  • Minimum 15 minutes between classes to clean surfaces and air the space

  • Daily cleaning with cleaning products certified effective against COVID19

  • All classes must be booked online prior to class to ensure numbers are limited

  • Hand sanitizer and wipes available

  • Disposable paper towels used in the bathroom (at the Caim)

  • Classes will not involve any partner work, hands-on assists or breath work such as lion’s breath

  • Anything that cannot be easily cleaned has been removed from the studio e.g. fabric items like bolsters

  • We will be wearing a mask when you arrive and until everyone is settled on their mats
