COVID POLICY FOR FACE TO FACE YOGA
Let's keep one another safe
Here is what we are doing to stay safe -
Class numbers limited to facilitate social distancing
One-way system for entrance/exit
Minimum 15 minutes between classes to clean surfaces and air the space
Daily cleaning with cleaning products certified effective against COVID19
All classes must be booked online prior to class to ensure numbers are limited
Hand sanitizer and wipes available
Disposable paper towels used in the bathroom (at the Caim)
Classes will not involve any partner work, hands-on assists or breath work such as lion’s breath
Anything that cannot be easily cleaned has been removed from the studio e.g. fabric items like bolsters
We will be wearing a mask when you arrive and until everyone is settled on their mats
If you feel safer practising at home, online classes will continue to be available
Here is what you need to do -
Please do not come to class if -
You are unwell
You have been in contact with someone who is suspected, or known to have COVID in the last 14 days
In the last 14 days you have travelled internationally to a desitination NOT on the list of countries exempt from quarantine requirements as per the Scottish Government regulations
Please bring your own equipment - minimum a mat and a blanket - it is not advisable for equipment to be loaned or shared
Please wear a mask for arrival. You can remove it once you’re on your mat
Please arrive dressed in your yoga gear to avoid changing in the toilet
At the Caim, please park in the driveway if there is space
Please maintain at least 2 metres between you and other class attendees at all time, especially as you enter and leave the studio
Classes must be booked and paid for online - this means we have your info for track and trace and no cash is handled
Please stay on your mat as much as possible
