REMEMBER!  ONCE YOU HAVE BOUGHT THE PASS YOU HAVE CREDIT FOR 8 CLASSES.

YOGA FOR RUNNERS
WITH RUTH

Monday 5.30-6.10pm

A dynamic, fast-paced class specifically designed to support runners, stretching tight muscles and working neglected areas.

VINYASA FLOW

Wednesday 7-8pm

A flowing class suitable for those with some yoga experience and/or a good level of fitness.

YOGA FOR CORE STRENGTH
WITH SONJA

Thursday 5.30-6.30pm

Thursdays are all about strengthening our core!

Core Strength Vinyasa is a transitional style of yoga that embodies physics, biology and geometry and focuses on building each yoga pose from the ground up and inside out. By engaging deep core muscles such as the psoas and quadratus lumborum we strengthen the body from the inside out and find our way into OUR best version of the pose rather than a version we’ve seen on Instagram.

Sonja combines her CSV training with her background in Seasonal Yoga to create a class which where you move the way you were born to, helping you to be strong and healthy.

YOGA SHRED
WITH SONJA

Sunday 9.30-10am

Yoga Shred is yoga’s solution for those of us who need to increase our ‘cardio’ exercise but love our yoga too much to go running…sorry Ruth!  

This fusion of HIIT and yoga activates fast twitch muscle fibres that burn more fat in less time than slow twitch exercise.


Classes are shorter making them perfect for busy schedules and you can get maximum results in minimal workout time.  Sadie Nardini’s excellent system of yoga, devised with decades of yoga anatomy knowledge in mind, offers movement that is based on traditional poses for safer, better alignment.

BEGINNERS YOGA

Sunday 10.15-11.15am

A relaxed class aimed at beginners or anyone looking for a gentle practice on a Sunday morning.

YOGA FOR MEN WITH RUTH

Sunday 5.30-6.15pm

A class crafted for dudes.  No fancy poses requiring heaps of flexibility, expect planks, lunges and poses to stretch out problem areas like shoulders and hips.  Hopefully it will chill you out a bit too!
