We offer a range of different styles of yoga to suit your needs at The Caim in Murieston and Harburn Hall, Near West Calder.

This means you get the 8th class free!
This pass is for IN PERSON only and cannot be redeemed against online or kids classes.

YOGA FOR CORE STRENGTH
Thursday 5.30-6.30pm at Harburn Hall
Thursdays are all about strengthening our core!
Core Strength Vinyasa is a transitional style of yoga that embodies physics, biology and geometry and focuses on building each yoga pose from the ground up and inside out. By engaging deep core muscles such as the psoas and quadratus lumborum we strengthen the body from the inside out and find our way into OUR best version of the pose rather than a version we’ve seen on Instagram.
Sonja combines her CSV training with her background in Seasonal Yoga to create a class which where you move the way you were born to, helping you to be strong and healthy.
This class is also streamed live on Zoom.
YOGA FOR MEN WITH RUTH
Sunday 5.30-6.15pm at Harburn Hall
A class crafted for dudes. No fancy poses requiring heaps of flexibility, expect planks, lunges and poses to stretch out problem areas like shoulders and hips. Hopefully it will chill you out a bit too!

SLEEPY CANDLELIT YOGA
Sunday 7-7.45pm at The Caim
Gentle movement, restorative yoga poses then a long, dreamy Savasana.
A relaxing class for those needing to slow down their bodies and their minds.
This class is also streamed online.
