We offer a range of different styles of yoga to suit your needs at The Caim in Murieston and Harburn Hall, Near West Calder.

£49 for any 8 classes on the IN PERSON timetable.
This means you get the 8th class free!
This pass is for IN PERSON only and cannot be redeemed against online or kids classes.

YOGA FOR RUNNERS
Monday 5.30-6.10pm at The Caim
A dynamic, fast-paced class specifically designed to support runners, stretching tight muscles and working neglected areas.
This class is also streamed online.
Thursday 5.30-6.30pm at Harburn Hall
Seasonal yoga is the perfect antidote for those of us who are desperate to find balance in our lives and who constantly feel ‘out of sorts’ with the world around us.
This holistic practice uses its foundations in Traditional Chinese Medicine to harmonise our bodies with nature through diet, exercise, mindfulness and meditation. By tuning into our bodies and the environment around us we can achieve internal balance and radiant health and wellness.
This class is also streamed live on Zoom.
YOGA FOR MEN WITH RUTH
Sunday 5.30-6.15pm at Harburn Hall
A class crafted for dudes. No fancy poses requiring heaps of flexibility, expect planks, lunges and poses to stretch out problem areas like shoulders and hips. Hopefully it will chill you out a bit too!
