Ruth is an accredited, specialist Sports Yoga teacher.
One of only a few hundred people worldwide who hold the qualification.
Ruth trained with Sarah Ramsden who has worked with Manchester United, Manchester City, The England national side, Reebok and other high profile athletes.
Sports Yoga is functional movement practice designed to help athletes and active people to avoid injury, maximise performance and prolong their careers and active lives.
