Yin & Myo Fascial Release Workshop - Late Summer

Join Ruth for a dreamy late summer afternoon of yin and myofascial release. Stretching out and releasing tired, aching muscles before a lovely long Savasana and sound bath! Traditional Chinese Medicine recognises Late Summer as an independent season, bridging the gap between the growth and activity of Spring/Summer and the more inward, still energies of Autumn/Winter. It is associated with the element of Earth, encouraging us to be centered and grounded. This workshop is a chance to reflect, reboot and prepare for these energetic changes.
