This workshop with Katie is a chance to learn about yoga, neuroscience and how the two work together.
We start the workshop with a nice herbal tea and some goodies while I chat about the 8 limbs of yoga and neurobiomechanics to introduce the concepts.
Then we'll go through some breath work, eye exercises, movements and other "hacks" we can use to help our brains feel safe, which can reduce the severity of symptoms such as pain, anxiety, fatigue, brain fog and many more. The workshop finishes up with a lovely yoga nidra which is like a big warm cuddle for your soul.
